The store plan dictated the relocating of their delicatessen & hot food to-go areas to central store positions.
If carried out traditionally, this project would have involved major reconstruction of underground drainage, involving extensive excavation works within the store. The Evac vacuum system allowed these independent areas to be drained without the need for floor penetration. Additionally, all pipework could be concealed to ensure a pleasing aesthetic appearance to the customer.
