Evac was able to save Big Y Foods money over Jet Vac not only in the initial price of the equipment, but also was able to offer local distributor training, support and service. Big Y Foods also saved at least 2 weeks in construction time and were able to remain open for the duration of the project.
Big Y Foods also liked the idea that they could install only portions of the system and add to it as they began subsequent phases of the remodel. Now, future remodels will be less complicated.
Big Y Foods are installing their second Evac system in a new, ground up store in East Windsor, CT and anticipate reducing construction time by 3 weeks, not to mention savings on future remodels of that store.
